IN-Store Developer

FOR OUR CUSTOMER, A FOREIGN COMPANY DISTRIBUTING THE PRODUCTS OF ONE OF THE LARGEST GLOBAL FASHION GROUPS, WE ARE LOOKING FOR SKILLED CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION IN OUR TIRANA OFFICE:

“IN-STORE DEVELOPER”

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES

CLIENT PORTFOLIO COVERAGE
•Visit assigned cluster of stores ensuring a capillary coverage of the territory
•Guarantee an effective visit planning in order to achieve KPI in terms of frequency of visits per store cluster
•Define work-plan based on “sales cycle” priorities and activities

PRODUCT AVAILABILTY & FACING CHECK
•Complete facing count and check agreed product display
•Verify assortment depth& width
•Ensure adequate stock level (check of back stock and periodical stock)
•Analyze best and worst selling selections
•Support in inventory activities & Return management (esp. Stars stores)
•Support in planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans

VISUAL MERCHANDISIND & POS MATERIAL
•Ensure compliance with Luxottica’s Merchandising guidelines & standards in the stores;
•Produce layout plans for stores;
•Protect and capture prime space in stores and, in general, all space opportunities;
•Allocate POS and promotional material (in-store and window) and verify its quality and correct positioning & functioning over time;
•Maintain Image of Brand at Retail complying with guidelines to protect Brand Equity;
•Take action to set promotions in agreement with Sales Cycle priorities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
•Strong achievement orientation
•Experience with data analysis and reporting
•Learning and problem-solving capability
•Good negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
•Good level of competence in the fundamentals of marketing and trade marketing
•Excellent command of English and/or Italian
•Good standing
