Our Customer Service Center assists Lufthansa clients get what they want and contribute to make their Lufthansa flight a great experience. Our Consultants handle the challenges that sometimes come up when you travel. Most of our work is over the phone and email – communicating with people in German. And of course, it’s all about travelling, which is in our blood.

Work and fun

You’ll be working with a team of young people from all different countries. Even most of the Team Leaders are more or less your age. They will become your right hand – we all help each other out. You can swap your shifts to get more time for travel and make the most of that high discount on flights anywhere in the world!

We know, packing your bags and going to another country for work is easier said than done. We’ll help you get your visa sorted out and any other documents you might need; and also to find a place to live, too. We’ll cover your travel costs and pay for your accommodation to keep you going until your first paycheck arrives.
You’ll fall in love with Brno and the Czech Republic

Accommodating 600,000 people, Brno is the second largest city in the Czech Republic and its located only 2-hour drive from Prague and Vienna. You’ll see a lot of international companies with their offices here and plenty of people from other countries working here. Brno is home to many universities with a lot of opportunities for young people. Outside the city, you’ll find beautiful countryside covered with vineyards. There’s definitely no shortage of things to do here.

This job is about languages and communication

Our work requires great language skills. Your area of expertise would be fluent German, though any other languages you know would be great, too. You should be able to handle a bit of stress, but mostly you should like people and communicating with them, introverts might find this a challenge.
