Necessary Qualifications
• Advanced University Degree in Law;
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in legal research, legal drafting, designing programs with a particular focus on Codes of Conduct, Codes of Ethics, and/or business practices and integrity issues;
• Ability to work independently and in team;
• Demonstrated experience as trainer and facilitator;
• Good organizational, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent communication and written skills in English and Albanian;
• Previous collaboration with international organizations is an asset;
• Albanian Citizenship.
