Align Albtelecom’s business development and partnership management priorities with market’s needs.

Manage and own the full cycle of innovation and partnership including but not limited to cloud computing, colocation, IT outsourcing, ICT services, smart solutions, relationship building, negotiating licensing/agreement, proof-of-concepts, managing end-to-end product development with partners (startups, SOHO, SMB, etc.)

Proactive to propose innovative ideas and use cases to enable new technologies for Albtelecom. The technologies include ICT, Smart Solutions, Cloud Computing, Data Centers, services, and other emerging technologies.

New products and services to enable Mobile, Telco and IT convergence

Research and evaluate new technologies that can differentiate Albtelecom products from our competitors.

Analyze the impact of new technology on Albtelecom’s core products/solutions, and present new opportunities and/or technology strategies to integrate them to our products/solutions.

Define Albtelecom’s Global Services and Innovation strategy and define market requirements

Identify opportunities for potential local companies’ collaboration.

Provide regular technical report and cooperate with other Departments of Innovation Group
