Reporting & System Administrator Senior Officer - Collection Department/ Retail Risk Division
Reporting related tasks
-Prepare daily/weekly/monthly and ad hock reports for employees and management
-Continuous improvement of the contents and structures of the reports and development of the new reports according to the collection processes
-Checking, correcting relevant collection data
-Completion of other tasks according to the special requests
-Prepares the guidelines for reports preparation
-Professional support of the team members
-Participation in the development of tasks, projects, strategies delegated by the superiors
System Administration Related Tasks
-Supports System Administrator in daily tasks.
-Properly implement new strategies in Debt Manager and assure good functionally. Give instruction and feedback for the implemented changes.
-Analyses the possibility of reflecting business ideas in Debt Manager by generating innovative solutions.
-Prepare and update technical documentation regarding strategy implementation, and other documents related to the system.
