Key Requirements:
• Bachelor degree with 2+ years of working experience in different HR services/HR functional areas, preferably in an international (and/or) multinational company;
• Knowledge of HR strategic management is and advantage;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills;
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills;
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in the HR area;
• Proactive and “make it happen” attitude;
• Mastery in using relevant Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.
• Good team player and willingness to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Italian e/o German knowledge is an advantage.
