European Union - CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SHORT-TERM NATIONAL CONSULTANT/S (MARKET STUDY) - ALBANIA

No later than 20 March 2016 (5:00 p.m.)

Required qualifications:
• advanced university degree in law, social sciences or other relevant field;
• strong knowledge of the current legal framework of Albania and excellent knowledge of the relevant international standards in particular those set by the Council of Europe in human rights protection and anti-discrimination (the European Convention on Human Rights, the European Court of Human Rights case-law, Committee of Ministers’ recommendations, etc);
• minimum 5 years of professional experience in human rights protection and anti-discrimination;
• minimum 5 years of professional experience in legal drafting (under the Legal expertise);
• minimum 5 years of professional experience in developing policies/strategies/action plans in human rights protection and anti-discrimination (under the policy development expertise);

• minimum 5 years of professional experience in developing training modules and conducting training in human rights protection and anti-discrimination field (under conduct of training sessions and development of training modules expertise); ;
• strong facilitation and training skills (under conduct of training sessions and development of training modules expertise);
• minimum 5 years of professional experience in conducting awareness raising campaigns and pre and post surveys to assessing the level of public awareness (under awareness raising/conduct of surveys expertise)
• excellent analytical and drafting skills;
• excellent oral and writing skills in English and Albanian;
