The expert should complete the following requirements, respectively:
•
Degree in law, human rights, policy studies, social sciences and/or development
studies.
•
Proven and similar experiences as a trainer;
•
Proficiency in written and spoken English, excellent report writing and communication skills,
•
Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
•
Theoretical and practical expertise in police p
rocedures
•
Demonstrated experience in developing tools and delivering training
•
Very good knowledge on NGO organizational structure, laws, public relations, plans ect.
•
Expertise in adult learning methodologies
•
Very Good planning and time managem
