Necessary Qualifications
• Be not older than 30 years on the date of the deadline of the vacancy notice and have completed two years of full-time post-secondary education in an accredited institution or have completed a first or advanced degree in a field relevant to the OSCE’s mandate no longer than two years before the date of the deadline of the vacancy notice
• University law degree thesis in Law, Human Rights, or European Union related matters
• Strong analytical, research and drafting skills
• Good organizational skills with ability to identify, process and classify information quickly and efficiently
• Previous academic or training experience outside his/her country of nationality would be an advantage (e.g. participation in the Erasmus Programme)
• Previous experience in working or in having an internship for an international organizations or in legal offices, would be an advantage
• Excellent IT knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Internet applications
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people from different national and cultural backgrounds, whilst maintaining impartiality and objectivity
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is essential
• Knowledge of another OSCE working languages would be an asset
• Knowledge of an official language spoken in Kosovo would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to operate windows applications, including word processing and e-mail
• Knowledge of the political and legal framework of Kosovo desirable.
