UNDP - National Consultant for support in drafting the Manual of Self-Assessment for VET Providers in Albania - Tirana

• Graduate University Degree in Social Sciences, Education or other relevant areas;
A minimum of 10 years working experience in areas such as; assessments, monitoring, evaluation or inspections in the general or vocational education and training;
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and accreditation frameworks in VET;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Prior experience in skills development and employment related programmes is desirable;
• Previous experience/familiarity with UNDP or other UN agencies is desirable;
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English.
