Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation and distribution of schedules, training, and evaluative materials for each academic session
Prepare, present, and evaluate training materials, PowerPoint presentations, and other teaching equipment and mechanisms
Develop and execute an alumni outreach plan as directed by the Contracting Officer (COR)
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business Administration, Management, or education OR a combination of education and experience which furnished the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the requirements of this work
Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing translation/interpretation services in a professional or academic setting
Professional level of proficiency in spoken, written, and oral English and at least one other foreign language native to one of the following countries: French, Thai, Spanish, Albanian/Romanian, Magyar, Ukrainian, Croatian, Serbo-Croatian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesian, Cambodian, Burmese, Turkish, Macedonian
Ability to provide timely accurate verbal and written translation for a foreign language to English and vice versa
Customer service skills due to daily interaction with various levels of rank, authority, positions, both military and civilian, international and domestic
Experience working with a diverse and often conflicting group of stakeholders
Desired skills/professional certifications:
Experience working in a law enforcement environment
Familiarity with police or legal procedures
