Global Network Language Analyst (GNLA) - Atlas Advisors, LLC - United States

Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is looking for qualified and motivated Global Network Language Analyst (skill levels 1-3) to perform perform tasks required to exploit communications in the computer network domain and process associated voice and/or graphic language materials in support of our customer(s) and/or National Threat Operations.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Global Network Language Analyst – Skill Level 1

• High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent.

• Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 2 in audio translation and [text] translation from the required language into standard American English. Skill level shall be documented within two (2) years prior to resume submission.

• Equivalent of four (4) years full-time experience in Cryptologic Operations performing language processing and working Computer Network Operations (CNO) in the required language.

• Translating and/or transcribing, and gisting shall be the primary duty for at least two (2) of the four (4) years experience.

• At least one (1) year experience performing language processing in Computer Network Operations.

• Reporting shall be the primary duty for no more than one (1) year of the required four (4) years experience.

• One (1) year experience typing on an English keyboard.

Skill Levels 2-3 require qualifications very similar to the Skill Level 3 Global Network Language Analyst, only with reduced experience requirements. See Skill Level 3 requirements below.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Global Network Language Analyst – Skill Level 3

• TS/SCI level access

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent.

• Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in both audio translation and [text] translation from the required language(s) into idiomatic, standard American English. Skill level shall be documented within two (2) years prior to resume submission.

• Equivalent of twelve (12) years full-time combined cryptologic language processing, computer network operations, and/or related cryptologic experience.

• In lieu of the Bachelor’s Degree an additional four (4) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience may be substituted.

• At least six (6) of the twelve (12) years experience shall be in performing Cryptologic Operations language processing.

• Translating and/or transcribing, and gisting shall be the primary duty for at least three (3) of the six (6) years experience in the required language(s).

• Experience translating and/or transcribing, and gisting at least two (2) ILR level 3 missions/topics in the required language(s).

• At least one (1) of the six (6) years experience in the required language(s) shall be in performing quality control review of ILR level 3 audio translations and/or text translations.

• Reporting shall be the primary duty for no more than three (3) of the required twelve (12) years of cryptologic language processing experience.

• At least one (1) year experience mentoring personnel engaged in language processing

• At least five (5) years experience performing language processing in Computer Network Operations.

• One (1) year experience typing on an English keyboard.
