Qualification and experience
• Completion of secondary education. A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, HR, or Accounting would be an asset.
• At least six (6) years of progressively responsible professional work experience in HR administration, accounting, financial or budget work, including on the job training in accounting and financial procedures and systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform tasks timely with high level of accuracy.
• Fluent in English and Albanian.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form.
• Ability to interpret and apply guidelines.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience working in VISION would be an asset
