Specialist/ Senior Specialist -Corporate & Commercial Marketing Department
To act as one of the reference persons in the Bank keeping contact with commercial and corporate clients
Collecting, Keeping database & Management of Loan Pre-approval Request for Corporate, Commercial & Public Customers, submitting to Department Manager for
approval and issuing response
To present and market all corporate products to customers,
To establish and maintain effective relations with new and existing customers,
To collaborate in initiating and promoting new corporate products offered by BKT in the market
To approach, negotiate and propose the credit facilities for corporate, commercial & public clients
To monitor continuously the market, financial and business performance of the borrower and communicate this to the supervisors;
To visit customers and prepare discussion forms for the customer visits and give those to superiors,
To proactively identify new business and referral opportunities and create additional income across divisions of the bank.
To continuously assess the quality of service provided to clients, ensuring service provision is of the highest quality; develop measures and processes to assess
service levels and to identify potential improvements.
To ensure that a significant proportion of time is spending on relationship management and member calls.
To actively establish, develop and utilize networks of internal and external contact to aid achievement of income targets.
To collaborate with internal departments, EG: Legal, Credit Banking, Risk department, Property Appraisal department, for solving client issues,
To be aware of workloads and volumes, provide guidance, and support when required.
To prepare necessary reports requested by superiors,
To perform on time other duties given by the Corporate Banking Department Head and Manager.
