Executive Director


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience
The Executive Director will possess university degree in business, human relations, or economics or possess a combination of training, education, and business development experience of a minimum of 5 years.


Requirements
• High level of analytical skills and the ability to write in a concise and logical manner.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with designing and/or coordinating projects is required.
• Experience with donor-funded projects is preferred.
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Deadline-oriented, including the ability to work under time-pressured circumstances.
• Detail-oriented.
• Team player.
• High levels of self-initiative and ability to manage one’s own work with minimal oversight.
• Must understand and be capable to apply the best principles of Corporate Governance.
• Candidates who serve or wish to continue to serve as individual consultants are not eligible.
• Applicants must be free from conflicts of interest – owners or shareholders of consulting companies are ineligible to apply.


Skills / experience and other attributes required: The Executive Director will have outstanding leadership, supervision, and organizing skills and be able to work well with diverse groups of individuals.


Languages
• Excellent writing and skills in English and Albanian languages (Serbian language is a plus).
