Project Coordinator
Responsibilities and duties
1.Coordinates the implementation of activities.
2.Analyzes documents prepared by the Lead Partner about the procedures for project coordination.
3.Supervises the activities of the project
4.It provides technical and administrative support in the implementation of project activities
5.Prepares reports and final narratives
6.Maintains regular communication with the Project Partners and Lead Partner, with public and private institutions.
7.Organizes promotional activities and information in the context of the project
8.Project progress reports to the Executive Director and to the Head of Technical Department
9.Translates various materials depending on the project and interprets meetings / national and international conferences required.
Requirements
1.University degree (bussines administration)
2.3-5 years work experience required in the implementation of EU projects and project coordination
3.Good analytical skills, excellent comunitation skills(spoken & written
4.Very good level of the English language
5.Availability to travel in the area of project implementation
