Team Leader Position for a Road Maintenance Project in Albania

Key Requirements for the Team Leader position:
• First University degree in Civil Engineering
• 15 years of international experience in supervising civil engineering projects in the highway sector
• At least ten (10)years of experience in road maintenance projects.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and ability to communicate ideas freely is essential.
• The person shall be conversant with necessary computer and road works design/execution and monitoring software(s).
