Senior Specialist / Specialist at Cards & Payments Department

As a rule, any staff of CPD is expected to be able to perform and handle all kinds of duties assigned to the department or by the department manager. Therefore, a (Senior/ Assistant) Specialist or Assistant Manager must be ready at all times to expertly perform any duty given to him/ her at any area falling under cards and payment business. Furthermore, he/she must always assist to the timely execution of all activities under Cards & Payment Department. Accordingly, acquires the banking knowledge for performing all the tasks.
It should be clearly understood that a (Senior/ Assistant) Specialist or Assistant Manager is not a person whose sole function is to perform some duties under a certain area, but is a person who is a member of Cards & Payments Department and responsible for all the jobs to be executed by the Department, with the proper knowledge of cards and payments products, business plans, developments/ projects and campaigns. In addition, maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with the Principles of Responsibilities and applicable regulatory requirements, external laws and standards. Appropriately reports observed fraud or abuse.
