Senior Developer - Software architect

Key Technical abilities – generic
• Ability to handle handle the entire software development life cycle
• Ability to lead other or offer guidance
• Ability to self manage a project
• Solid architecture design and scaling capabilities
• Key technical abilities – specific to CMSJunkie
• Strong PHP abilities
• Strong HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and CSS abilities
• Object Oriented Programming experience• Experience with Apache web server and databases – MySql
• Understanding of version control systems (SVN, Git)
• Joomla CMS and WordPress CMS would be a plus;In addition to these basic technical requirements
• Very good communication skills
• Teamwork – working together with team members to identify potential bottlenecks; understands team load and plans execution of plan accordingly.
• Thoroughness – ability to keep track and resolving detailed matters
• Multitasking – needs to be able to perform on several fronts during the course of one day.
• Documentation – ability to take and organize minutes from meetings; ability to document actions throughout the life of a project.
• Analytical skills – ability to examine project databases and propose process improvements based on acquired data.
• Good (speaking and writing) in English
