Save the Children is seeking to hire a Program Quality Officer who shares, in the overall, responsibility for the delivery of programs for children by developing and improving monitoring and evaluation of Albania Country office programs. The Program Quality Officer will provide technical advice and knowledge sharing & learning and will support PDQ team during the stages of project/program proposal development.
