OSCE - Temporary Finance Assistant - Tirana

Necessary Qualifications 
• Must be an Albanian resident.
• Secondary education supplemented by specialized studies in Finance and/or Accounting;
• Minimum 4 year experience in accounting or book keeping;
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail;
• Experience of working with Oracle or another electronic financial database would be an asset;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in the local language;
• Ability to work with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds whilst maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
