Terre des hommes - 2 experts to deliver a two-day training workshop on “Project development and management for CSO´s in Albania” - Tirana

The expert should complete the following requirements, respectively:
· Degree in law, human rights, policy studies, social sciences and/or development studies;
· Proven and similar experiences as a trainer;
· Proficiency in written and spoken English, excellent report writing and communication skills;
· Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure;
· Theoretical and practical expertise in Project development and management for CSO´s;
· Demonstrated experience in developing tools and delivering training;
· Very good knowledge on CSO´s organizational structure, project development;
· Expertise in adult learning methodologies;
· Very Good planning and time management skills.
