KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• University degree in an economic development related field, preferably at Masters Level.
• Knowledge on the latest development thinking on economic development programming
• At least 5 years field experience in economic development programming or the equivalent.
• Basic understanding program cycle including project planning, design, monitoring, evaluation
• Demonstrated high level networking, partnership and coordination ability
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and detail orientation.
• Good writing skills required to develop reports capturing good practice and learning
