Freelance position, on call basis, Pennsylvania

Job description:
We require AOPC Certified Interpreters in all languages.

The Interpreter will be responsible for rendering faithfully and accurately, the meaning of conversations between Non-English speaking clients and English speaking service providers. Experience as Medical and/or Legal interpreter is necessary.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Be culturally sensitive and is professional and courteous


• Understands and uses proper terminology in the healthcare and legal fields


• Great customer service and communication skills


• Follows the code of ethics at all times


• Avoids miscommunication or paraphrasing and remains impartial at all times

Languages requested: ALL LANGUAGES welcome
Preferred languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Khmer, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, Polish, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, Dari, Croatian, Serbian, Russian, Ukrainian, Thai, Czech, Slovak, Amharic, Tigrinya, Oromo, Burmese, German, Albanian, Creole
