Sales Area Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure to monitor any aspect related to the company’s store network activity;
Develop and maintain communication processes with other departments in order to develop marketing and commercial plans, which help to meet the objectives of the covered area;
Organize the work according to the structures and procedures oriented by the result;
To work closely with various departments of the company, as necessary for solving problems related to points of sale;
To control the effectiveness of the personnel at the shops; monitor management and network staff development;
To be a participant in the development of commercial strategy for the shops network;
To Identify, in cooperation with store managers internal potential candidates and to serve as a promoter of growth to quality toward customer service;
Market monitoring and market analysis;
Coordination of the company’s retail activities with the wholesale activities;
Achievement of various KPI targets of store performance;
Stock controlling and keeping on budget levels;
Expansion of the network in coordination with high management;
Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Sales team;
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies;
Provide guidance of sales advisors daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies;
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met;
Manage Sales advisors team to ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction;
Other Job Functions:
– Participates in any training program in and out the country.
– Ensures all the required reports.
