Organizational Capacity Building Coordinator (Albania)

•University degree in Social Sciences or Economics is required
•Strong knowledge in the field of Organizational Development for the Non-for profit sector
•At least 5 years of working experience in capacity development, including organizational development for CSOs
•Strong knowledge on child rights and child protection issues
•Very strong planning and organizing skills
•Ability to work independently with little direction from others as necessary
•Good communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, flexible world view and emotional maturity
•Fluent speaking and very good writing skills in English and Albanian

Duration of the contract: 2.5 years with possibility of extension.

The titular will conduct his/ her duties in respect of the Child Protection Policy subscribed by Terre des hommes.
