Qualifications and experiences
• University degree in Social Sciences or Economics is required;
• Strong knowledge in the field of Organizational Development for the Non-for profit sector;
• At least 5 years of working experience in capacity development, including organizational development for CSOs;
• Strong knowledge on child rights and child protection issues;
• Very strong planning and organizing skills;
• Ability to work independently with little direction from others as necessary;
• Good communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, flexible world view and emotional maturity;
• Fluent speaking and very good writing skills in English and Albanian.
