Project Controls Lead - Pipeline and Stations - Albania

Must have:
* Several years discipline specific experience
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* Fluent in English.

Experience in:
* Planning, estimating,
* Elementary budgets and price escalation method,
* Variation orders with Supplier and Contractors,
* Preparation of specific cost reports.
* Construction experience in major EPC International Projects
