HRIS Data Migration Expert
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESSGS has started a Global initiative to implement and deploy a corporate HRIS in more than 100 countries all around the world. The global HRIS is based on the Oracle HCM Cloud solution (Core HR, Performance, Compensation), Taleo (Talent Acquisition) and Seertech iLearning+ (Learning MS).Over the next couple of years, the project team will focus on deploying the Core HR module within the 45 largest SGS countries, covering 90% of the SGS workforce.
The primary responsibility of the individual we are seeking is to support the load of SGS employees data into Fusion HCM Core HR module for the different countries in scope.
The key elements of the role will be:
:•to conduct the data loads•to test the accuracy of these loads
•to liaise with Deployment Leads in order to fix data issues in each country
•to coordinate and follow up on progresses made by providing regular data load status updatesAbility to work in English is a must.This position is initially open for the duration of the Program (1 to 2 years contract).
REPORTING LINE
•Reports to the HRIS Support LeadSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
•Coordinate the collection of the data files in the different countries
•Serve as an expert to assist with any questions related to data loads activities
•Execute data loads in line with the Core HR Data Migration plan and procedure
•Unit Test and validate the loads (ad hoc + mass data quality checks) and raise data issues where necessary (ability to write complexe SQL queries is a must)
•Liaise with the technical development team when defects are found with the data load tool
•Provide ongoing improvements on the Data Migration procedure, Data Glossary, etc.
•Assist Deployment Leads in the countries in reviewing loaded data
•Conduct data cleansing activies
•Adopt, at all times, safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees in line with SGS policies and procedures
•At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
