Find sh.p.k is an online marketing services company, with 73 full time employees, specialized in promoting the brand http://www.betadvisor.com. With its seats in England and Italy, our group operates successfully since five years in the area of sports betting. Following its policy to expand its activity even in Albania, Find sh.p.k is looking for Trader Analyst

Responsibilities

-Client Account Management & Back Office Admin duties, recording, data input and reporting
-Liaising with business units & service providers in order to ensure a consistently high level of service to reach and surpass Service Level Agreements
-Undertake administration duties as required/directed ensuring that Company standards and SLA are adhered and performed at all time.

Competencies
-Must be flexible to work in weekends, bank holidays and night work (are mandatory in this position)
-Must be able to work and perform in a high pressure environment
-High standard of written and verbal English, second language Italian is a distinct advantage
-Excellent Communication skills: written and verbal
-Highly numerate and mathematical skills required along with an understanding of probability mathematics and various global betting odds systems
-Technically aware, comfortable working with multiple IT systems, databases and programs
-Customer centric approach to B2B & B2C clients and their requirements
-Solid knowledge, passion for global sports and a knowledge of the global betting market
-Results driven, highly analytical and a very strong attention to detail with a high level of diligence
-Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated but also target driven self-starter
-Exceptional numerical abilities and a head for figures, and percentages
-Team player and have an ability to support overall team performance via individual performance
