The main responsibilities of the role are the following:

Production environment configuration, deployment and support in order to optimize Software Solutions Operation Process at a controlled and uniform basis.

Internal and customer deployment services provided to all projects in order to have a stable application environment for problem reproduction and launching of customer services.

Installation, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting of computer and network HW/SW systems.

Follow applications configuration, deployment and support procedures as they are defined and suggests improvements when needed.
