Java Developer

BALKATEK is looking for Java Developer who will be responsible for the development of new applications, systems

development and modifications as well as changing requests and supporting existing

applications.

Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-5 years of Object Oriented programming experience as a Java

developer.

Role

– Understands and may participate in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle;

– Will function as the technical lead on software development supporting internal development;

– Evaluate requirements and produce design documents;

– Design and program complex to very complex activities;

– Create test cases, participate in the testings and document test results;

– Develop programming standards according to specifications;

– Supervise and follow up on design and programming activities;

– Document the issues and suggest solutions.

– Deep knowledge of open source frameworks;

Skills

– Ability to write complex algorithm;

– Experience in Object Oriented;

– HIGH PREFERENCE Java/J2EE

– Knowledge of HTML5, Javascript, JSP, GUI Design, SQL, MySql, PHP, Swing, Spring, Android;

– Experience with relational database systems;

– Computer science degree or the equivalent;

– Bilingual (English and Italian).

Type of position: Permanent

Hourly/yearly wage: Mid level
