2 Junior Personal Banker - Permet Branch / Southeast District

Main responsibilities :

• Provides high-quality service in compliance with the established procedures of the Bank, by identifying, analyzing and handling the customer needs in a professional manner, in order to convert them into sales;

• Provides the clients with all products and package services the Bank offers such as Overdrafts, Personal Loans, Credit Cards & Cash collateral loans;

• Ensures that all lending forms and documentation are correctly completed & comply with regulations; proper documentation is contained in credit files (both hard and soft copy) and data is properly entered in Bank Loan information system;

• Is responsible for achieving the targets set by the respective supervisor on daily/monthly basis;

• Works in a team to harmonize the process of references from tellers and customer service with the sale of products;

• Stays informed on the latest changes in the bank products;

• Provides feedback/information regarding the sales, product characteristics, when needed, in order to enable a more efficient and effective decision-making;
