Micro Business Development Senior Officer - Retail Segments Management Department


Responsible for the development of Micro Segment by delivering high quality activities and

strong results as follows:


•Participates in preparation of Micro Segment strategy document.


•Ensures implementation of customer strategies and define target customers for Micro Segment, sub-segment and maintain a current and detailed knowledge of the existing customer base.


•Develops and implements value model by continuously enhancing value proposition of micro segment. Clearly define sub-segmentations criteria and create distinguished values for each of them.


•Prepares sales and service process and tools of Micro Segment by creating advisory model, customer dashboard (customer history, transactional data, etc) and training framework.


•Manages customer portfolio and product portfolio to grow customer and product profitability. Define products to sell across products line and define target groups for promoting products.


•Prepares marketing brief including message, objective, segment/product target, goals.


•Prepares and analyze overall business growth and P/L reporting of Micro Segment. Identifies problems and opportunities to ensure financial objectives of the Segment are achieved.


•Prepares pricing strategy of Loan Products to achieve desired volumes, margins and revenue objectives.


•Forecast and Budget process:


oPrepares forecast and budget accurately for Assets Volume in detail breakdown for each product.


oParticipates in preparing the forecast and budget of Liabilities Volume of Micro Segment in overall portfolio and agree with product manager the detailed breakdown for each product.


oPrepares the Net Commission Revenue forecast and budget for Micro Segment P/L.


•Bundling and Packages: Always be updated in the market. Defines and develops packages together with Product Managers who will advise on system capabilities, product costs, etc.


•Makes sure that all segment monthly/quarterly reporting’s are done on time and accurately and the marketing tools are always updated.


•Works with Sales & Distribution to ensure appropriate sales targeting and incentive programs are developed and used to achieve Segment’s objectives.


•Participates in planning and budgeting the appropriate sales and marketing support for Micro Segment.


•Direction and support to Sales & Distribution by defining the sales channels, sales approach, service levels and standards, maintain accurate pipeline. Monitor sales result and proper use of sales and service models.


•Provides training and support to sales force (Sales and Service operating model, Advisory model, applications support and coaching, Micro Loan products and other products etc).


•Responsible for development of Agriculture Banking ensuring implementation of customer, product, pricing and sales strategies in cooperation with other areas in Retail.


•Interfaces with Ministry of Agriculture, Agro NGOs and other community organizations involved in developing the Agriculture market in order to leverage external expertise and support.
