•The Micro Quality Manager is responsible for building the business cases, following and coordinating the process with all roles involved in the lending process till the applications ‘disbursement:

Collects customer’s request and documents from Micro Account Manager

Maintains a clear pipeline of sales and the process stages

Be able to prepare financial analyze, investment plan and make the necessary cross check

of the data;

Evaluates the business case and take a decision to further continue with the submission to

risk or reject it;

Coordinates the process with the other involved parties; Question and Answers with

Financial Risk, Legal and Collateral departments by taking the necessary information from

Micro Account Manager or directly to the customer.

Should be able to present the case in Risk or Credit Committee

Responsible for finalizing the override process and all the steps that follow.

Responsible for the portfolio quality and coordinate with collection to improve the

customer’s behavior or restructure the facility before the customer shows late delinquency.

•Identifies, creates and analyzes the Micro business processes through a formalized set of tasks and activities that helps accomplish Micro segment objectives;

•Ensures a holistic view of the processes from beginning to the end and understands how changing one step in the process can impact other process activities;

•Participates in projects for developing/improving application system to ensure processes optimization;

•Participates in preparing sales and service process and tools of Micro Segment in creating advisory model, sales and processing statistics.

•Directly responsible for the achievement of process TTY/TTC policy standards; Drive quality processing by identifying issues and roadblocks;

•Closely work with Micro Lending products to continuously improve application quality standards in relation to Credit Risk Department Legal and Collateral Department;

•Participates on different analyzes related to overall business growth and P/L reporting of Micro Segment. Identifying problems and opportunities to ensure financial objectives of the Segment are achieved.

•Responsible for the segmentation confirmation of a customer from one segment to another.
