UNICEF and Terre des hommes - Two experts (one international expert programmer and one national expert on Child Protection issues) - Albania

Deadline for applications: 12 April 2016

For the international expert programmer:
– Expertise in programming (including database building);
– Expertise in preparing technical specifications for database softwares development;
– Critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
– Experience in developing distributed systems;
– Experience monitoring database softwares development and implementation;
– Knowledge on Social Services context would be an asset;
– Previous experience in similar consultancy services.

For the national expert in Child Protection issues:
– Strong knowledge on the legal framework for Child Protection issues in Albania
– Strong knowledge on the Albanian Child Protection system
– Strong knowledge in case management
– Good knowledge on ethics and principles for information sharing in Child Protection context
– Previous experience in consultancy services.
