KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Bachelor degree in a related field of study.
• At least 2 years of experience of work with children and youth.
• Experience from an NGO setting is desirable.
• Good cultural understanding and open to work in a diverse ethnic environment.
• Analytical skills and good attention to details.
• Skills in managing his/herself and bring out the best in others.
• Show integrity and maturity.
• Relate well to people and very good team member.
• Learn from others and from their own experience
• Driver`s license with at least 2 years of driving experiences is preferred.
• Knowledge of written and spoken Albanian and English is required and Serbian is preferred.
• Computer competency (especially Microsoft Office package).
