Country Officer - Tirana

– Seven or more years of professional experience in banking, auditing, relationship management in public and/or private sector//technical advisory services particularly related to private sector development and/or business environment;
– Professional or educational background in investment/financial analysis and/or business operations;
– Advanced degree in business, economics, law, public administration or related field;
– Excellent relationships in the business community and in Government;
– Solid understanding of key factors in IFC investment decision making to identify potential projects and marketing of IFC products;
– Strong analytical skills with ability to take initiative;
– Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
– Excellent English and Albanian written and oral communication skills.
