Criteria for shortlist the proposals:
1.Previous experiences with activities on thalassemia prevention and better control during last 5 years.
2.Evidence of experience proved through:
– professional CV of the Organization.
– CVs of maintrainers/facilitators/health professionals that are going to be engaged with the implementation.
3.Previous experiences in implementation of health related activities with participation of communities in Fier Qark or in other areas of Albania with high prevalence of Thalassemia, previous experiences with community mobilization, included.
4.Issue of invoice (VAT or A4) based on the service contract. (kindly specify what type of invoice you are allowed to issue and provide prove of past invoices issued).
