Programme Officer Policy Analysis (Swiss Cooperation Programme)

•At least Master Degree level in social sciences, such as in Public Management, Political Science, Sociology, Organizational and Institutional Development or related fields (PhD would be a plus).

•A minimum of 4 years interdisciplinary work experience (preferably working in private and/or governmental sector, CSO-civil society organizations, academic field).

•Strong experience in policy and systems analysis.

•Experience in project cycle management, with a focus on planning, process facilitation and organization, networking, project planning, and reporting.

•Experience in advocacy and policy development (not a must but would be an advantage)

•Readiness to travel in the region and internationally.

Competencies and skills:

•Computer skills(MS Office).

•Language: Native Albanian, fluency in English both written and spoken required, other Balkan languages would be a strong plus.

•Excellent skills in process facilitation.

•Coaching of people in state and non-state institutions.

•Ability to understand organizational systems and processes.

•Results-oriented, highly motivated person.

•Strong intercultural competencies.
