Operational Language Analyst Native Capability – Skill Level 1


  • US Citizen

  • High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent.

  • Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 2 in audio translation and/or [text] translation from the required language into standard American English.

  • One year experience typing on an English keyboard.

  • Capability shall have sufficient English skills to render accurate translations in American English.

Skill Levels 2-4 require qualifications very similar to the Skill Level 4 Operational Language Analyst Native Capability, only with reduced experience requirements. See Skill Level 4 requirements below.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS


Operational Language Analyst Native Capability – Skill Level 4


  • TS/SCI level access

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent.

  • Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in both audio translation and [text] translation from the required language(s) into idiomatic, standard American English. Skill level shall be documented within two (2) years prior to resume submission.

  • Equivalent of eight (8) years full-time experience performing translation of materials (minimum ILR Level 3) from the required language(s) into English.

  • Equivalent of four (4) years full-time experience in cryptologic Operations performing language processing.

  • In lieu of the Bachelor’s Degree an additional four (4) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience may be substituted.

  • At least three (3) of the four (4) years experience shall be in translating and/or transcribing, and gisting.

  • One (1) year experience typing on an English keyboard.

  • Ten years of native language experience and full mastery of the language (oral fluency and literacy) and full understanding of the cultural heritage.

  • Full command of contemporary vocabulary, grammar, and syntax of the required language(s), abreast of idioms, colloquialisms, and slang; and, a sophisticated understanding of the cultural, social, and political environment in which the language is used.

  • Translating and/or transcribing, and gisting shall be the primary duty for at least eighteen (18) months of the four (4) years experience.

  • Reporting shall be an integral duty for at least eighteen (18) months of the four (4) years experience.

  • One (1) year experience typing on an English keyboard.

Skill Levels 2-4 require qualifications very similar to the Skill Level 4 Language Analyst Reporter, only with reduced experience requirements. See Skill Level 4 requirements below.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS


Language Analyst Reporter – Skill Level 4


  • TS/SCI level access

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent.

  • Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in audio translation and/or [text] translation from the required language(s) into idiomatic, standard American English, as specified in the TTO. Skill level shall be documented within two (2) years prior to resume submission.

  • Equivalent of seventeen (17) years full-time combined cryptologic language processing, intelligence reporting based on foreign language materials, related language, and/or related cryptologic experience.

  • In lieu of the Bachelor’s Degree an additional four (4) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience may be substituted.

  • At least twelve (12) of the seventeen (17) years experience shall be in performing Cryptologic Operations language processing and intelligence reporting based on foreign language materials; no more than five (5) years shall be in a combination of related language experience and related cryptologic experience.

  • At least eight (8) of the seventeen (17) years experience shall be in the required language(s); of this, at least six (6) years shall be in cryptologic language processing (no more than two (2) years shall be in related language experience).

  • At least five (5) of the eight (8) years experience in the required language(s) shall be in translating and/or transcribing, and gisting.

  • Experience translating and/or transcribing, and gisting multiple ILR level 3 missions/topics in the required language(s).

  • At least one (1) of the eight (8) years experience in the required language(s) shall be in performing quality control review of ILR level 3 audio translations and/or text translations.

  • Reporting shall be the primary duty for at least seven (7) of the seventeen (17) years experience.

Our organization is seeking a well-rounded ‘take charge’ Property Manager to manage a group of high-rise residential/multifamily rental properties in Jersey City. The Property Manager will liaise with tenants, supervise building staff, service providers, and the home office and will have fiduciary responsibility for the proper care and maintenance of the properties entrusted to them. The ideal candidate will also have strong working knowledge of the following: State & Federal laws and regulations, budgeting and financial reporting, labor relations, purchasing, and building mechanical systems.


Specific Responsibilities:
On behalf of ownership, act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the successful day to day operation/maintenance of the properties, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective management of risk and liability.


Manage tenant relations, coordinating requests for repairs and maintenance, and other tenant concerns.


Protect and maintain building equipment/assets (i.e. boilers, roofs, CCTV)


Effectively manage/coordinate the vacant apartment turnover process, working closely with vendors, staff and Management


Ability to read, understand, interpret legal documents (lease agreements, contractor & service agreements, etc.), governmental regulations and technical specifications. Knowledge of construction drawings and architectural plans are a plus.


Prepare well-written reports, business correspondences and procedure manuals.


Requirements:
Four year college degree required


Experience in multifamily rental housing


Strong literacy in MS Word and Excel. Yardi is a plus


Real estate reporting and budgeting is necessary


Highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.


Excellent written and oral communication skills


Strong customer relations skills


Good interpersonal skills


Valid driver’s license and a vehicle may be required depending on location


Demonstrated ability to work well within a corporate environment


Bilingual speakers are a plus (i.e. Albanian, Spanish, Russian, etc)
