• Cross selling and promoting company products and services to current and potential clients.

• Providing all relevant information, written offers, products and services to the customer and informing about any new tariffs or services

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Geography, Computer Science, GIS, or related area

• 1 – 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in related area in lieu of experience

• Must demonstrate knowledge in the GIS discipline

• Must be familiar with spatial and attribute data

• Needs to demonstrate proficiency with cartography and map design

• A strong background in GIS software is required, especially in the ESRI ArcGIS product line (DESIRABLE)

• Experience in using database management software is preferable

• Basic knowledge of GPS/remote sensing techniques and applications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms to others

• Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

• Able to work in both teams and independently with minimal supervision and high initiative

• Ability to multi-task and adjust to frequent changes in priority

• Solid understanding of geospatial concepts (i.e. projections, raster vs. vector, etc.)

• Ability to apply geospatial technologies to business applications

• Ability to create, collect and receive data from multiple sources, transfer that data into a specific database, and may also make decisions or prepare reports based on the created information.

• Very good English and communication skills

• Participation in design of simple desktop, client-server or enterprise information systems, solutions and applications

• Participation in development and customization of desktop, client-server or enterprise information systems, solutions and applications

• Participation in the development of integral IT platforms and products, creation of databases and web services, desktop applications and internet interfaces for data access, management and distribution

• Application testing and production of testing documentation

• Learn and grow within the team of experienced SW engineers, SW architects and several junior SW engineers

• Located in Zagreb, Croatia, with occasional travel to customer sites in Europe / EMEA

• An Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Child Development, or Organizational Development or other related fields.
• At least 3 years experience in two of the above fields.
• At least 2 years experience in training and curriculum development, project design and monitoring, and organising training programmes.
• Previous exposure and ability to work in diverse contexts including a deep knowledge of churches, faith traditions, and organizations working in related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal/relational,communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven high-quality skills in designing and conducting research and report writing.
