RETAIL NETWORK COORDINATOR

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES

CLIENT PORTFOLIO COVERAGE
· Visit assigned cluster of stores ensuring a capillary coverage of the territory
· Guarantee an effective visit planning in order to achieve KPI in terms of frequency of visits per store cluster
· Define work-plan based on “sales cycle” priorities and activities

PRODUCT AVAILABILTY & FACING CHECK
· Complete facing count and check agreed product display
· Verify assortment depth & width
· Ensure adequate stock level (check of back stock and periodical stock)
· Analyze best and worst selling selections
· Support in inventory activities & Return management (esp. Stars stores)
· Support in planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans

VISUAL MERCHANDISIND & POS MATERIAL
· Ensure compliance with Luxottica’s Merchandising guidelines & standards in the stores;
· Produce layout plans for stores;
· Protect and capture prime space in stores and, in general, all space opportunities;
· Allocate POS and promotional material (in-store and window) and verify its quality and correct positioning & functioning over time;
· Maintain Image of Brand at Retail complying with guidelines to protect Brand Equity;
· Take action to set promotions in agreement with Sales Cycle priorities.

Job Purpose
Responsible for preparation of detailed specifications for the installation activities. Preparation of all documents for the reporting to client on the process of installation and Configuration of Telecom Equipment Conduction of field surveys and site inspections for all activities related with the telecommunication installation activities. Manage activities of all teams regarding the installation works.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

 Manage Team works activities and distribution according to project needs
 Prepare reports and document all project activities and data
 Plan and conduct field surveys as per the need of installation of Telecom Equipments in mobile operators base Station
 Develop plans and estimate costs for installation of systems, installation of equipments, etc.
 Draft detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts for projects and ensure conformance to specifications
 Read and review project blueprints and specifications to determine system and/or material requirements
 Final hand-over of completed base stations to Client;
 Involved in preparation of Bid offerings for Telecommunication works as required Education and Experience
 Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Telecom Engineering
 Preferably previous work experience similar areas of expertize
 Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Package, Excel etc., to produce  correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
 Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
 Very good knowledge of English language

Essential Criteria
 Preferably previous similar work experience
 Ability to travel extensively all over the country
 Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
 Equipped with Driving License
 Age not more than 35years
