Responsibilities:
Evaluation and Treatment – Practice safe, effective and efficient comprehensive primary health care according to CenterLight standards and quality management goals. Conducts comprehensive History and Physicals on new participants and current participants in any care setting (clinic, member’s home in the community, nursing home, hospital, other care settings). Provides evaluation and treatment of participants during acute illness or emergence of new complaint or symptom; manages participants’ chronic illness in collaboration with the IDT. Determines the need for and facilitates referrals to other medical specialists when participant condition warrants. Evaluates the participants’ plan of care and revises as appropriate. Provides preventive health maintenance for participants including immunizations, screenings, and monitoring of pertinent indicators. Prescribes and adjusts medications within the scope of prescriptive authority and current practice guidelines. Orders, reviews, and provides instruction to participants regarding therapeutic diet. Orders, facilitates, and reviews diagnostic examinations such as laboratory, radiology, etc. In collaboration with the Site Medical Director, actively participate in the Infection Control and Surveillance activities.

Interdisciplinary Team and Plan of Care – Participates in the development and revision of the participants’ plan of care as a member of the IDT. Act as a response and consultant to team on issues related to complex care management and illness/injury prevention behaviors for geriatrics participants and caregivers. Operational Language Analyst Native Capability – Skill Level 4

• TS/SCI level access

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent.

• Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in both audio translation and [text] translation from the required language(s) into idiomatic, standard American English. Skill level shall be documented within two (2) years prior to resume submission.

• Equivalent of eight (8) years full-time experience performing translation of materials (minimum ILR Level 3) from the required language(s) into English.

• Equivalent of four (4) years full-time experience in cryptologic Operations performing language processing.

• In lieu of the Bachelor’s Degree an additional four (4) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience may be substituted.

• At least three (3) of the four (4) years experience shall be in translating and/or transcribing, and gisting.

• One (1) year experience typing on an English keyboard.

• Ten years of native language experience and full mastery of the language (oral fluency and literacy) and full understanding of the cultural heritage.

• Full command of contemporary vocabulary, grammar, and syntax of the required language(s), abreast of idioms, colloquialisms, and slang; and, a sophisticated understanding of the cultural, social, and political environment in which the language is used.

• Sufficient English skills to produce accurate gists, translations, and reports in American English.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Language Analyst Reporter – Skill Level 1

• High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent.

• Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 2 in audio translation

and/or [text] translation from the required language(s) into standard American English, as specified in the TTO. Skill level shall be documented within two (2) years prior to resume submission.

• Equivalent of four (4) years full-time experience performing cryptologic language processing in the required language and drafting intelligence reports.

• Translating and/or transcribing, and gisting shall be the primary duty for at least eighteen (18) months of the four (4) years experience.

• Reporting shall be an integral duty for at least eighteen (18) months of the four (4) years experience.

• One (1) year experience typing on an English keyboard.

Skill Levels 2-4 require qualifications very similar to the Skill Level 4 Language Analyst Reporter, only with reduced experience requirements. See Skill Level 4 requirements below.

• At least twelve (12) of the seventeen (17) years experience shall be in performing Cryptologic Operations language processing and intelligence reporting based on foreign language materials; no more than five (5) years shall be in a combination of related language experience and related cryptologic experience.

• At least eight (8) of the seventeen (17) years experience shall be in the required language(s); of this, at least six (6) years shall be in cryptologic language processing (no more than two (2) years shall be in related language experience).

• At least five (5) of the eight (8) years experience in the required language(s) shall be in translating and/or transcribing, and gisting.

• Experience translating and/or transcribing, and gisting multiple ILR level 3 missions/topics in the required language(s).

• At least one (1) of the eight (8) years experience in the required language(s) shall be in performing quality control review of ILR level 3 audio translations and/or text translations.

• Reporting shall be the primary duty for at least seven (7) of the seventeen (17) years experience.

• At least four (4) years experience mentoring personnel engaged in language processing.
