The expert should complete the following requirements, respectively:

Degree in

law,

human rights, policy studies, social sciences and/or development studies.
•

Proven

and similar experiences

in

assessment analysis and reports, juvenile justice,

children’s rights

and/or

juvenile

governance issues in Albania,
•

P

roficiency in written and spoke

n English, excellent report writing and communication skills,
•

Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
