B2B Engineering Specialist

2.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Coordination of commercial services requests for B2B services

 Study, design and implementation of Network Services related to ICT, cloud and

M2M domains for Business Customers

 Technical Project management for the end to end implementation and delivery of B2B domain services

 Study and implementation of upgrades, expansions or enhancements of existing Network elements related to B2B segment services

 Preparation of work-orders & purchase orders for new changes/implementations in the relevant Network elements.

 Coordination of Synergy projects within Cosmote and DT Group

 Preparation of KPI/reports for the offered services & solutions

 Any other duty assigned by the Department Manager
