Necessary Qualifications
• Military Education preferable in the field of NBC and/or graduation from a technical university
• Extensive Experience in developing disaster management concepts
• Extensive work experience in Security and Disaster Management and particular the coordination of military, police, emergency services.
• International Experience
• Experience in technical evaluations of situation centres, means of communication and leadership
• Training experience for crisis management staff
• Experience in gender-based disaster management
• Crisis communication training
