The ADORM Manager Position is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Reservations department, as well as identifying problems, trends and opportunities, through utilization of current systems; gathering and analyzing data to recommend solutions as well as, utilizing said information to meet business needs and predict future market trends. Responsibilities include: hiring, coaching & counseling, conducting performance evaluations, training and development of reservations Ambassadors, assisting the Director of Revenue in identifying market trends and demand dates, as well as various projects identified by DORM, assist in weekly Yield meetings/Revmax meetings, ensure quality of reservations sales calls are in accordance with Sofitel brand standards and that all reservation/revenue reports are completed accurately and efficiently. Candidate will utilize available systems to meet business goals/needs of hotel, will ensure that all Sofitel standards are delivered and adhered to, will sschedule staff according to budget guidelines and business needs, will evaluate the daily, weekly and monthly STR report to understand the trends of assigned hotels and competition. Interprets market conditions, trends, and the competition. Qualified candidate should have a minimum BA degree preferably in Hospitality, Revenue management or Economic/Finance/Accounting background. Must have strong analytical and organizational skills; extremely detail oriented as well as proficient in Microsoft office programs. Must be energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for the hospitality industry. Hospitality degree preferred.
