Head of Brand and Communication
The job holder will be responsible to:
• Develop the annual Brand & Communication strategy based on company’s objectives and strategy (internally and externally);
• Develop the annual communications’ roadmap Plan for both ATL and BTL activities based on Brand KPIs and on Products and Services roadmap;
• Develop, monitor and manage the relevant budget in close cooperation with appropriate Finance sections;
• Coordinate efforts and plans with Products and Services team for maximising the communications efficiency in reaching targeted audience and achieving business objectives;
• Plan and establish cooperative and effective relationship with advertising agencies and other third parties for the implementation of communication campaigns;
• Develop Sponsorship and PR strategy in alignment with Communications plan, aiming to add value to the Brand;
• Develop and implement the necessary processes/procedures/forms needed for planning/ deployment of communication activities;
• Ensure accurate and on time communication of marketing communications (all types of campaigns) within the company, in strong cooperation with HR and Line Management;
• Be constantly in touch with Customer Service/SALES-both at the development and implementation level of a new communication campaign in order to ensure the best possible impact on customers and consequently achieve the required results out of it;
• Develop, manage and execute annual marketing plan and presence for PLUS retail chain (shops, distributors and dealers) regarding brand awareness, product positioning, etc.;
• Monitor and report constantly in informal and formal way about competitor’s communication campaigns, competition activities and general market dynamics;
• Build positive relationships within the team. Set and agree performance expectations, objectives.
