Project title:Strengthening the capacities of the civil society in the social and economic development of Bié province, Angola

The purpose of this assignment is to evaluate the project´s approach, draw lessons learnt and provide recommendations for future PIN Angola programming related to gender and capacity building of local civil society.

Profile of a suitable candidate:

• Relevant professional experience (conducting development project evaluations in gender and/or civil society development, working knowledge of Sub-Saharan Africa, Angola preferably)


• Excellent spoken and written Portuguese and English
